Abducted by Aliens and Relocated To Seattle
@HOME. Ok ... WTF. It's been raining here again for 4 days straight. Can someone please tell me exactly when it was that I was abducted by aliens and relocated to Seattle in a neighborhood and house that looks exactly like mine?
Hello ... It's PHOENIX, it's the DESERT! It's not supposed to be raining here every day. It's supposed to be hot, dry and dusty. That's why we all love living here (yeah right!). I could have stayed in San Francisco if I wanted this weather. There are weeds growing in places that are supposed to have anything growing. The worst part about all this is that it's rained for the past 3-4 weekends in a row. I'm alright with rain while I'm working, but the weekends are my time. Mother nature and I are about to have it out.
Actually I don't really mind the rain. I know I'll be bitching this summer when it's 120 degrees outside, so I'm going to enjoy the clouds while they last. I did get a few hours yesterday without any rain where I was finally able to go outside and chop down the botanical garden growing in my front yard. I thought I better get it done before I get some nasty gram from the homeowners association about the decline in care of my yard.
Not too much going on today, Justin and I are just hanging out and enjoying a lazy day. Cheers!
