Hello I'm Rich Brown and this is my personal website and blog. I'm just your simple, average, down to earth, professional, out gay man and aspiring circuit boy, living in Phoenix, Arizona with a few things to say while trying to find my place among all the scary, conservative, religious nuts in this sick and twisted world.

It's Another Fabulous Friday
@HOME. I thank god I didn't have to go into the office today and face the possibility that the bathroom had not been cleaned yet and Mr. Hanky is still dead on the floor. Friday's are my work from home days, so it was a good day to have the use of a private Loo. My best friends tell me that I obsess way too much about bathrooms and I have way too many stores about them. I've thought about starting the Great Bathroom Blog where I can humor the world with my potty humor and lists of top hidden bathrooms in every city. LOL. I think I'll hold off on that one for now.
Anyway it's been an interesting day and I'm really looking forward to the weekend. And just for the record, I know from reading the comments on my BLOG the other day, that many BLOG readers (including myself) who were sucked into the Fake/Kurt's blog drama thing now question the authenticity and integrity of people online ... Like I said in my comments, judge the individual, not the group. We're not all that way!
As for me, everything I write about in my BLOG is true and to the best of my knowledge accurate. I started writing years ago to get my feelings and a record of my life on paper (now hard drive). I've been doing it ever since and I love going back to read my old posts from years ago in different cities as it really brings a rush of past memories and ultimately a smile to my face. And not that I really care what you think (Ok, I lie, I do care ... ) but to dispel any questions regarding my authenticity, feel free to check out my full website as this BLOG is only one part of my site. Not only do I have the full details of my life, but I also have just about every digital picture I've taken of myself, friends and trips since 1992 online (notice I said 'just about' because there are some pictures that you may NOT see! ... Ok maybe but only if you ask nicely!)
In reality I'm just a normal, down to earth guy and a professional web developer. I obsess about both my website, my blog and a few other things. My life is pretty much an open book and I really love to read about, correspond, and chat with friends and new people. So I say to all you readers out there who want to know more about me, feel free to ask away. For all you fellow Bloggers out there ... tell the truth, be real, peace and blog on :-)
Lastly ... Thanks to Justin, my love, for putting up with my long hours and my BLOG obsession. How cute is this Blogger shirt, which arrived yesterday, that Justin got for me. So clever that boy!
(Note to you Canadians ... ignore the Toronto Maple Leaf's Hat from my friend Andrea which I now love and focus on the T-Shirt only!) Cheers!
Yay Canada!! (the Leafs) OMG Rich if you ever start a "potty blog", or at the very least a "potty" section of some sort on this blog, I would be in stitches I just know it, LOL. Bathroom humour is among some of my favourites. So is going to the dentist/doctor, and also body parts and their foibles.
Did you notice that your most recent post posted 3 times? BTW Justin sounds like a great guy to be okay with your blogging indulgences.
I like your statement about bloggers and that most of us are for real and just sharing our lives. Have a great evening!

Hey Rich,
We noticed your obsession with blogging, I'm sure it overflows into your professional career too (this obsession). I see you're a .net developer, c# if I'm not mistaken. I know, it must be hard to have a relationship with an IT professional!!

*GASP* I'm not that obsessed with it. Ok maybe I am. I do enjoy writing. Not that it's very interesting to anyone else but myself, but I enjoy it. Yes I am an IT Professional. My obsession is not really around just blogging, it's around technology. I enjoy learning new things and I would hope that this obsession does overflow into my professional career, or else I wouldn't be successful.
I really don't think it's hard to be in a relationship with an IT Professional, but then again that's my opinion. I guess I have someone who understands me! :-) Justin is a gamer and spends just as much time on his computer or the playstation as I do, so I don't feel so bad. We do manage to pull ourselves away from time to time to eat, sleep and have somewhat of a normal life.
