Hello I'm Rich Brown and this is my personal website and blog. I'm just your simple, average, down to earth, professional, out gay man and aspiring circuit boy, living in Phoenix, Arizona with a few things to say while trying to find my place among all the scary, conservative, religious nuts in this sick and twisted world.

Rain for Two Days
@HOME. It's been one of those weeks again. Crazy busy with work and not enough energy to sit on the computer when I get home. I can't believe it's been raining here for 2 days now and is supposed to rain for the rest of the weekend. Mark and I were driving home from work this week and it's crazy around here. There is grass growing in places that it's not supposed to grow. If I didn't know I was in the desert, I'd really believe I was living in some lush tropical island. I guess Phoenix really is fertile ground when there is water. Too bad all this water from the past month isn't being captured in our underground reserves. They said it takes snow to refill the reserves and get rid of the drought. My friends laugh at my front yard every time they come over. It's been named the "Mesa Botanical Garden" as I have so many weeds sprouting up. This one weed has a big ass yellow flower on it and is starting to scare me. I swear if I see teeth and it starts talking to me I'm going to sell the house.
Not a whole lot planned for this weekend if it's going to rain all weekend. I really need to get out and work on the yard a bit but I guess thats going to have to wait. Justin has to go into the office on Sunday to unpack his boxes and get ready for Monday. It will be interesting since we're both going to be working at the same campus now.
Our friends Mykle and Doug want us to apply to be on the Amazing Race. I'm not so sold on it, but I know that Justin really wants to do it. And on that note, all I have to say is that I can't believe that bitch Kendra and her nasty ass boyfriend Freddie won last week. I was really rooting for Jon and Kris, expecially since Jon is from here in Arizona. It probably dosen't hurt that he is so FUCKING HOT! Anyway, I digress.
I can't believe that it's Valentines day coming up here on Monday. This past year went by so fast and this one is cruzing as well. I'm looking forward to the long weekend next weekend, maybe I'll take Friday off as well and make it even longer. Anyway I have to go, we're going to go out and grab some food. Cheers!
