My Arms and The Handicapped Toilet Seat
@HOME. Let me just say that first off my arms are killing me right now. I think I may have overdone my selection of weights last night at the gym. What was the first clue you ask? I don't know, maybe the fact that I can't straighten out my arms without excruciating pain right now. Burn baby, burn, it feels so good (yeah right!)
So ... As I was sitting and having a little private moment in the handicapped stall at work today I realized why I like that stall more then the others. First is the height. I like having my legs be able to touch the floor, but not feel like I'm sitting in a hole. Second, it's the toilet seat. I came to the realization today that for some reason the contoured seat in that stall really does the trick at getting your cheeks put into the right position to get things moving. Anyway, I just want to know why they don't put that type of seat in the other stalls? Who can say. Alright, I'm off to the gym again. No arms tonight. Cheers!
Oh my God! I know what you are talking about with the arms, I have done that. Try a product called BioFreeze. It really works and is worth the price.

I know what you mean with the arms. That pain hits you on your joints everytime you try to lift your arms. When it happened to me, I had a class the next day... writing notes was murder! Don't worry, the pain will be gone by about Wednesday.
