Hello I'm Rich Brown and this is my personal website and blog. I'm just your simple, average, down to earth, professional, out gay man and aspiring circuit boy, living in Phoenix, Arizona with a few things to say while trying to find my place among all the scary, conservative, religious nuts in this sick and twisted world.

Looks Like Rain
@HOME. It appears as though it may rain outside in a few minutes. Figures since I've put off cutting the grass, which has become a small jungle in my yard, until today. I guess it's going to have to wait until later this week.
So last night was a lot of fun. It was nice to hang out with the Meury's, and Anthony. It was also quite fab to run into Darin because let me tell you, that gal is just one funny bitch. Although, to my dismay, he refuses to get a cell phone because he dosen't want to be contacted ... oh whatever Miss Nineteen Seventy, it's time to get with the times honey. You should feel priviledged that we WANT to contat you, that's what I'm saying sister.
Today is turning out to be a pretty mellow day. I've just been sitting here catching up on my Blog reading. I have to say that one of the blogs that I really LOVE is Chad Fox's Blog, Stop Touching My Food. Darin and I were talking about it last night. Chad Fox always has some great stories and incredible photos from around town in San Francisco which bring back a bunch of memories from when Justin and I were living there. I love our house & friends, and I'm really starting to enjoy being in Phoenix again, but sometimes I do miss San Francisco.
Ok so in the middle of writing this post I just had a 'neighbor' from 3 houses down come over to tell me that the bass on our music was pounding his house yesterday and that also I should be aware that our dog and the neighbors dog were barking the other night until 1am and kept him up all night. Boo fucking hoo. Whatever mary, get over it because #1, the music wasn't that loud and #2, Berg isn't outside late at night. My suggestion is to call the police next time you have a problem because otherwise you can just fuck off. I can't imagine how someone 3 houses down could be bothered, but yet the neighbors on each side of me always say we don't bother them at all. Who knows maybe the old geezer got a new supersonic hearing aide this week. I think maybe he should just turn down his hearing aide insteading of coming over here to complain. Now I'm going to have to worry about the music every time we hang out at the pool.
Alright I'm off to eat and boob tube it for a while. Cheers!
maybe you didn't think that the music was too loud but the world does not revolve around you - you should lower down to volume to what is socially acceptable level because you do live with people around you... just because people who live in the houses beside you didn't complain, that doesn't mean that it didn't bother them or that doesn't mean that someone else 5 houses down the road could not have heard your loud music and been bothered by it!
i've been reading your 'journal' for a while and i must say that you are very, very self-centered and selfish. 'normality in chaos', huh? i don't think so...
you should be arrested for egocentrism!

Yeah … um hi. Well first of all, I don't think the world revolves around me. You weren't here, and you do not know the entire circumstances regarding this particular neighbor, my other neighbors, or anything related to what happened. So please don't try to comment on things in which you know nothing about, it really only makes you look foolish.
Now, let's get something clear here, it's my blog which means it is all about me. It's not like I'm hosting a forum for the discussion of world politics here now am I? My blog actually isn’t a forum for discussion at all, it’s my self-expression and I choose to let others view it. Perhaps there’s something you don't understand about the concept that my blog = about me? Yes I do choose to write about myself, my friends and my life, so if that makes me self-centered, selfish and egocentric then I guess you're correct. My question is … if you have a problem with me and what I write about, why do you even bother to read my blog? I’m sure there are plenty of other forums available that probably discuss much more interesting and non selfish topics in which you can read. Have a great day :-)

Yes, but when you accessorize it with pearls and a vintage broach - it's really a vision of beauty.
