Hello I'm Rich Brown and this is my personal website and blog. Long Week, Night Out, & The Pool
@HOME. Justin and I just got back from a few drinks at Charlie's. We were sitting around watching some TV and we realized it was getting quite late, so we decided to go out and grab some dinner. On the way out of the sub-division the car mysteriously took over and drove us to Charlies. Go figure! Actually it's been a long week at work and I just wanted to go out and grab a beer this evening. We ran into a few friends, but Friday's at Charlie's is sort of a wierd mix, so we didn't stay very long before heading over to Genny's for a quick bite. We're heading up to see 'Falsetos' tomorrow evening with Bruce, Tracy & friends, which I'm sure is going to end up in us going out tomorrow evening as well.
Good News! The pool just got released yesterday for the final finish work. The plumbers installed all the new equipment, and the electricians finished up all the new electrical work this week. If all goes well we should have a fully filled and functional pool again by the end of next week. Too bad it started to drop down in the 80's now, I don't think the water's going to be warm enough again this season to go for a swim, but I'll be glad to finally have it done as I'm getting sick of looking out our windows at a big concrete hole in the ground.
The Mark and Andrea left for the burg (Pittsburgh) today for 10 days so we have the poochies here with us. It's not a problem at all because they're good and I know Berger enjoys the company. Anyway, it's getting late and I just finished up on some BLOG reading, so I'm going to head to bed here in a few minutes. I'll post more tomorrow. Cheers!
I didn't realize you had to have some pool work done Rich. Glad it's almost back to being The Party Pool again. ;) Um.... temps in the 80's isn't warm enough to go for a swim?????

Great place you have here, I have seen you around at Jude's and Tracey's. I got here from Tracey's as you have been featured as one of her sites for Linky love. I have enjoyed my visit here.

Slainte! I lived in Tucson for 11 years - just moved up here to Oregon...good lord...3 years ago.
Always good to meet another Zonie.
Hope the pool warms up for you - one of my favorite things to do in February was to call my buddies in Norther Michigan: "Yeah! How ya doin'? Cold up there? You don't say? Really? 20 below again? ? Yeah, it's really cold here too. We almost decided not to hot-tub tonight."
Then I'd have to hang up because most of the words they were saying seemed to be causing the phone to melt.
PS: Got here from Tracy's blog! Nice design.

Awww! Berg's got some company! I remember growing up we had a pool in our backyard and it was a real pain to maintain. Ugh!
