Virginia Beach
Hey kids, sorry for the long break without any posts. I thought I would have time to post while I was on my business trip, but unfortunatly the days were very busy and the nights were spent out drinking with my co-workers. Overall it was a good trip and I got to meet many of my east coast counterparts for the first time.
It was a world wind tour. I spent the few few days in Greensboro, NC and then drove up to Norfolk, VA. I really like both places, expecially Norfolk. Can you say hot Navy boys? mmmmmm. We did manage to hit Virgina Beach up the night before we left. The weather was nice, and we stumbled across the Beach Music Festival. It was a good time. Here are a few pics from the evening.
The only thing that sucked about my trip was that my flight out of Norfok was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to Phoenix in Charlotte. This meant that I had to spend the entire day sitting in the Charlotte airport until the next Phoenix flight. It wasn't a total loss since they have free wireless and I was able to get connected and work.
Anyway I'm looking forward to the long holiday weekend coming up. I should have more pics to post by then. Cheers!
