Hello I'm Rich Brown and this is my personal website and blog. I'm just your simple, average, down to earth, professional, out gay man and aspiring circuit boy, living in Phoenix, Arizona with a few things to say while trying to find my place among all the scary, conservative, religious nuts in this sick and twisted world.

My Liver Needs a Rest!
For most people the Fourth of July holiday weekend brings potato salad, burgers, chips and a family gathering. Not for us gay boys, it brings yet another excuse to go out drinking and dancing every night. Now mind you when the holiday falls on a day like Tuesday (which it did this year) that means almost a week of drinking, starting on Friday and continuing all the way up thru the holiday on Tuesday.
My friend Philip was in town to hang out with us for the long holiday. No thanks to Philip, I lost my liver in the alley somewhere between beers on Sunday and double Kettle One on the rocks on Monday. It just wasn't a very pretty weekend. As is the norm for the Phoenix night life, we started at Amsterdam and then off to Charlie's where we ended up until 4am almost every one of the nights.
We all really had a great time over the weekend, but I'm certainly glad that I'm going to get some time to rest for a few weeks until Justin and I join Bernard, Philip, Tony and Mike in San Diego at the end of the month to do it all over again.
